They don't get the keys from the publishers, so not a real digital distributor. They acquire keys from wherever, and I think even to this day nobody knows how they manage to sell Xbox Live subscription codes cheaper than anyone else on the planet, considering MicroSoft is in no connection with them.

Well, there's another reason I should't buy it then. Not at all informed about the game. Anyway I would probably wan't to be able to play all the multiplayer content sometime and I'm patient enough to wait. I quite surprised that all the DLC are focused on multiplayer though.

In Germany one of the biggest electronics retailers (mediamarkt) has a 4 for 2 deal on video games, and they have doom on sale for 10€, so you could get 4 copies for 20€. Or combine it with with other games. Maybe this is where they get their keys?
