Is there amy chance The Binding of Isaac Rebirth and Hotline Miami 2 to have an over 50% discount?

I'm pretty sure the answer is NOPE. Daily/Flash deals get the highest discounts.

5% chance. Daily/Flash are the cheapest, there is a chance of a price error down the line.

I'm also pretty sure community events get a slightly higher discount but not sure how this one will work. The vote system tended to be 66% when it was previously 50%.

All these threads asking the same questions about the sales. First, deals is not the right place for these questions. Deals is for current, running deals, not questions about what might happen in the future.
Second, if you used isthereanydeal.com or another site like steamdb, you would have seen that the games are currently at their lowest prices, and as this is a flash/daily sale there is not likely to be a better sale this time around. So no. In the future, look at these yourself or create a thread in off-topic.

Sure, it'll go lower than that. those games may even get bundled and sold cheap.

On a serious note though: There now is a refund system up and working. So you could buy it now and if it really gets cheaper you can buy it again (as a gift) and line up for a refund.

I could imagine CS:Go going down to 66% or even 75% but wouldn't bet on it :/
