SGTools problem

SGTools gives me this error:
"Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.
This also can happen when Steam is down when you account synchronizes, if that is the case synchronize again."
All my wins are activated, profile is open. What do?

Edit:
I have won a game that I could not activate for some reason, so it was rerolled. May this be cause of error?

Fixed! Restored missing games.

Those games are missing from your game library on Steam.

Something isn't right here. This started happening around a week ago, and it's almost a year since I won those. It's like they just disappeared.

Did you remove games from your account? Because that counts as not activated, too.

No. If it was rerolled, then it wouldn't show as one of your wins and the system wouldn't complain.

So, I checked your Steam account with those 3 games and Cube Destroyer shows up on your Games list but the other 2 don't show up at all so you don't own them according to Steam
