Skyrim Legendary Edition and Cards Problem

Problem 1: So few days ago i bought base game of Skyrim and today i bought the Legendary Version for dlc's but i didnt recieved the base game!! So this means i paid money for nothing!! What to do???
Problem 2:Yesterday i bought like 5 or more games but i didnt recieved any trading cards but when i went to game page it said the game gives cards!!! Where are my cards??!

I will be greatfull if someone replies :( Sorry for my bad english ;;

And im new here so please dont insult it just makes u hated by ppl :/

And if im in wrong forum lemme know...i just want some info anyway

1: If you already had the Skyrim base game buying the legendary edition does NOT give you an extra copy. Just the DLC.

  1. You have to actually play (or at least run) the games that give trading cards and they will randomly drop. You can only earn half of the set by yourself though.

Unless it says otherwise you will not receive extra copies of games you own in most bundles.

Only certain games give you an extra copy if you get them in a bundle. More details.

Games only give cards when you play them. Not when you buy them.

Cards for individual games are given away randomly while playing the game.
