Santa is magical and holy, he can be in multiple places at once.
After all how he manages to get in so many houses around the globe in just 24 hours?
The scientific method, occans razor... whats more likely, faster then light speed (phisically impossible)?
Santas power likely works through quantum mechanics, being in any of all of his possible positions at any given moment
So theres only 2 possibilites:
-The tracking sites are lying and they have no idea where he currently is
-Theyre tracking where he have been, not actual real time, otherwise he would be locked in place and not deliver the presents in time
(quantum mechanics- he would only be in 1 single place when observed directly)
