Is it possible to contact someone who you won a game from who has not yet contacted you or sent the gift?

From what I understand (and I may be completely wrong), I can only send messages to those who are on my friends list.

Yeah, you can try this, but I do wish there was a PM option for this site that could generate and actual e-mail automagically.

pretty sure if you are the gifter you get the giftee's email, does that work the other way around as well?
