Blacklisted

So i won a giveaway, and the key was duplicated. Then i wrote to the guy who did the giveaway, and he wrote "weird, I will try to fix it and let u know...", then i came back home after like 10 hours, and as i can see he blacklisted me ( "You do not have permission to view this giveaway, since you've been blacklisted by the giveaway creator." ). What to do at this point? Should i write to SteamGifts moderator or something like that?
