Highest - 98% - Factorio
Lowest - 47% - No Man's Sky
Over 90% of the games on my list have mostly positive or better scores.

The topspot on my wishlist is shared by three games with a 98% rating (Factorio, Finding Paradise, OneShot), but the lowest spot is definitely Black Viper: Sophia's Fate with only 8%. There are very few HOGs I don't want to have and eventually play, and the negative reviews could not scare me away from adding this one.

Highest - 98% OneShot (thank goodness there was a 98, because there were several 97s and I didn't feel like listing them all)
Lowest - 68% Xenon Valkyrie

West of Loathing is at 98% overwhelmingly positive.
Final Fantasy Type-0 is at 58% mixed
One of my two unrated games is at 100% with 47 reviews, but it's also the 6th release in a visual novel that's been split up into parts. Nobody who hated the first five is buying chapter 6 of Higurashi When They Cry. So I'm not counting that one.

Interesting
Game Dev Tycoon at 95% is my highest
Kingdom Rush Origins is the lowest at 0% ;) (It's Magic 2015 Duels of the Planeswalkers at 45%)
As for personal wants, Death Road to Canada is my most wanted (Not including Origins just cause it's not out even though I already know I want it more) and the lowest on the list is tabletop sim

I hadn't noticed until now, but the number of reviews or some other algorithm seems to come into play in sorting by review score. Some games with a lower percentage of positive reviews are ranked higher on the list, and vice versa. Anyways, I'm just going to go by the Steam sorting.
Highest: Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove
Lowest: Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

Skipping unrated games:
Highest item: The Witcher 3 expansion pass is my highest rated item at 99%. By all accounts, it's excellent, but I'm slow at getting into TW3, and there's no sense picking up the DLC until I am further into the base game. Had I the chance to do it again, I'd have waited and got the GotY edition for the price I paid for the base game.
Lowest item: Total War: ROME II - Blood & Gore DLC is my lowest rated item at 37%. The general opinion is that a strategy game called "Total War" is generally aimed at relatively mature gamers to begin with, but SEGA split the DLC out to obtain a Teen rating, which makes it more widely accessible without further modification in all countries. In other words, it should be a standard part of the game, but not only is it split out as DLC, they charge $3 to restore the game to what it should have been - $1 would have been sufficient, if they simply needed to make it a separate product for the better rating.

I didn't even know Super Bomberman R exists on Steam. Now it's also my lowest thanks to you. Looks like its rating is so low because online play doesn't work, which means it deserves my wishlist because of local multiplayer. Too bad it's so overpriced.

Lowest: Final Fantasy XIII-2 (61%)

I had a handful of games all sitting at 98%, but the first one ended up being Crystalline. Huh!
the lowest is.... Sacrament at 29%. Yeesh. Might need to do some wishlist pruning...

Highest: Papers, Please - The Short Film - 99%
Yes, I know, it's free and it's not even a game, then what? I keep it in wishlist as reminder that I should watch it, and the thread says "item" after all.
Lowest: Super Bomberman R
They says online is broken, but if local multiplayer works, then yes.

Decided to check my WL for the first time in a month or 2 and remebered you can sort by rating so i am a bit curious how it is looking for you guys.
Highest rated: The Wolf Among Us - The Witcher® 3: Wild Hunt 98% positive
https://store.steampowered.com/app/250320/The_Wolf_Among_Us/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/292030/The_Witcher_3_Wild_Hunt/
I was into the walking dead TT games when i first heard of TWAU but i have yet to get the game and i did miss the bundle with it a while ago.. Still not done with the witcher 2 and it has been resting for well over a year so no hurry there.
Lowest rated: Z Steel Soldiers 48%.. Ouch.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/275510/Z_Steel_Soldiers/
I loved the first game back in the days and i still have the big box complete! But this one was a game i never got and i added it because of the first one. Ohh well!
Also a lot of shitty dlc's are far lower but hey, Dlc's doesn't count even if one of them had 10% approval :P
Edit:
"canis39
Steam only sorts by category, not within the category.
All of your OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE games are in a group, but they're not ordered within that group, so it may go 95, 97, 95, 96, 98, 95."
Had to recheck but this guy is right. Got the best and the worst now!
