Reading the reviews it looks like it was free to keep in September. Missed that one but the pet ones are my preferred ones, so I don't mind. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, since a few weeks now. It looks like EA has been giving more Sims 4 DLC for free, I guess Sims 5 will be coming really soon?

I checked the website and this time it appears to be for all platforms. That means EA App, Steam, Epic, and the consoles.
EDIT: I recommend just getting it straight from the EA App first, THEN Steam and any other platform. EA App won't let you add it on the app anymore if you got it from another platform since it gets installed from it by then and then "added" to your library, instead of you owning it there. It won't matter if you got it from EA first and then elsewhere.
Side note - Somehow Microsoft is asking me for CC info for free DLC. This is the first time ever from my recollection I'd needed to do that. Weird. Maybe the card expired on my account there, I dunno.
