Sometimes i like to create a random giveaway but ...

.. i hate when it ends and i try to add the user to give him the gift he doesnt accept me ... even after mail him explain him that he won my giveway ... to accept my friend request to give him the key ...

and i can see him online ... lol in 14 givaways that i created only 4 i give them with no problems, the other 10 i almost had to contract liam neeson to give them the game ...

Using CV of $30.01 or higher eliminates this problem for the most part.
Problem solved.

No need for $30.01 actually, with $0.01 it's enough in most cases for this specific problem (Still, I prefer 30.01 so I have more chances to win :D)

i like to give a chance to everybody ... but yeah ill try that .. its frustrating trying to give something and they dont want to accept it lol
