There are just 3 badly hidden giveaways in this post. All giveaways are region free (I hope so) and open for all level 1+ users (sure in that one). All giveaways will end on 20th of September.

Solve this Jigidi with 84 pieces to get a chance of winning Necrosmith (steam page, steamDB).

Solve this one to get a chance of winning In Other Waters (steam page, steamDB). Hint: letters are lowercased

Fix this one to get a chance of winning The Last Express Gold Edition (steam page, steamDB).

SOLUTION

Necrosmith: A popular strategy is to put the edges of the puzzle together first because, with one straight edge, the pieces are easier to identify and then "assemble" parts with distinctive features like, in this case, man/hummer/cat and then align them towards the edges.

Other Waters: When both presented images are overlapped you can see the code. It is called Visual cryptography. I draw code using online tool here.

The Last Express Gold Edition: You got a wrong code "iWuwe" and next to it instructions how to fix it "flip-W-u-is-i" instead of the game name in the link. So flipped W is M and u is i. So correct code is "uMiwe".

Thanks everyone for participating and bumping! Now you can go and enjoy solving easy puzzles here :)

Like Todd I'm more the KISS guy. In case I'll ever go into serious riddle business on SG I'd ask you to be my consultant :))

I might be not the best consultant out there, but will be glad to discuss your ideas or "playtest" them :)

I had started to reserve this first comment as well... and then a kind user told me a little secret... the original post can be edited. I had been unable to find how one could do that. I was disappointed I had not noticed the "down arrow" on the "Open" button to the right of the thread title.. the little arrow reveals "Edit" and "Close" options.

I thought there is a chance that I might need a second most visible after the discussion itself spot to make a hint, or maybe some sort of announcement that won't fit the discussion itself... But chances are low :)

That was my thinking as well. But after posting there once, (I think) any updates would not be flagged as new messages. So users would not be notified, for example, if you added another hint. Then if users click the little green arrow to go to the last page as I do, they would not see your new comments. Although many will only read the initial comment once, at least it is always displayed even if the user starts on the last page.

You are right, in most cases that first comment is just waste of space :)

Thanks for all of the nice puzzles and giveaways! The Last Express is especially good, if one enjoys point and click adventure games. Its art style and gameplay still hold up remarkably well.
