Bump, i love Nonograms!
Really nicely done, though i think it need some little tweaks.
Some little feedback:
Can you tweak the colors? When you mark them solved / black some fields in a row it becomes a black mass and you can count them due to hovering (i think it's visually abstracting the rows), but i think it's hard to overlook (and i get eye strain from it) and count when there aren't any edges / divider visible anymore.

I completed the nonogram, but I can't log in to SGTools. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Unfortunately not, I was able to finish the nonogram just now and log into SGTools just fine. :c

After clicking "Log in through Steam" on SGTools.info, it shows "Incorrect login." I've tried clearing the cookies for both SGTools and Steam, but the issue persists.

Can you first try logging into your account on the main steam page? (ie. https://store.steampowered.com/)?
Once you're logged in through there and press Sign In on SGTools, you don't have to enter your login details again, you're just auto logged in after one button press.

This is mostly me testing sgtools for the first time, and giving Nono Café a try too.
Speaking of, don't bother solving the nonogram if you don't respect these rules:
