I give it a 4/10 for gaming.
a 620M isn't much though.
you could have gotten an i-5 processor which is all the more good enough for gaming.
but on topic it could run those games, source games are easy to run with decent frames... (except CS:GO which is a different version of the source engine.)
but battlefield 3 I guess you could play at low.
based on benchmarks you can get 29 fps on low video quality and low resolution. (BF3)

I want to find my old Tosihba and post those specs. Windows 95 and like 8MB of RAM. That thing was awesome.

Eh, I still have my monochrome '92 Siemens Nixdorf with German keyboard :D
It really was the coolest thing around, 386 with extra RAM and 120MB hard drive :) Refresh rate was horrendous, but I could still play old Angband and nethack on it (not without some struggling because monochrome). King's Bounty, too. Good times.

620M is one of the low end GPUs from nVIdia, and it will struggle quite a bit with BF3, even on low...
Same with CS GO because you do need higher framerates to play it without any issues..
What is your budget so that we can suggest you something with more bang for the buck :D

That is actually a pretty decent gpu... Should perform on par with a 460m gtx... so you'll be able to play BF3 on high settings(without too much antialiasing and stuff).. Though it'll make the laptop run quite hot :D

To check your graphics card, got to notebookcheck.net. Will tell you everything you need to know about the graphics, though in the case of my Intel HD graphics, it was wrong as most are, but that's not suprising. As for the rest, it looks like it can manage, though I don't know how much GHz the prcessor's pumping out, so your speed may not be at its top.

I would say it would take quite a bunch of games well. After all, I am able to run about all the games I played so far save Arma 3 on a GeForce 310M. Going to be trying Battlefield 3 soon.
EDIT: My com has a i7 first gen and Windows 7, so performance will vary.
