I think the same like you xD but well, people have freedom. I only blacklist two people, one who enter in a giveaway I created owned the base game when I said "please, don't enter if you own the base game, I'll check it and I blacklisted you" so he/she got what deserves (?) and other who create various gifs of free games but in other slots.

Look at my GA for "Deer Hunt Legends" and "Pitstop Challenge" both ended 7 Minutes apart from each other and both are won by the same Person.

I once made a train with 20 games (most had about 60 to 80 entries) and three people managed to win two games each. :D
Of course the chances are much, much smaller with public giveaways, but everything that can happen, will happen. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It is actually not that unlikely to win more than once for the same person at all. I have won 21 times from the same person and then 12 times for a different one.

Well, most people say thanks immediately after they mark a game as received, so the creator might have thought you aren't going to do that anymore. And not saying thanks is a common reason to get blacklisted.
