The best way would be to delete the giveaway and start a new one with the correct game. At least that's what I did when I incorrectly chose a different game.

When you open your giveaway, there is on left button "delete giveaway". I think it isn't limited, but you lose one giveaway slot. If giveaway ends, you need winners approval to delete it and he don't have to allow you solve your problem and will force you buy game you promised giveaway for.

That means about 20% of open tickets are from you :D
Maybe some community driven support system would be good (as prefilter).
Multiple Jurors become the same ticket.
Delete giveaway / reroll can probably be handled very unbiased.
For others it can be be declined /approved / forwarded to a real mod if the majority agrees.

Maybe i sound hard but it would be enough or at least much better if cg would do something and bring a bunch of new mods in.
The situation is the same since around 2 years, so nothing someone can say it is new or not changeable (in that time).
I know, at least, 3 people that offered help and that never got a clear response.

Ultra mods can also add new support members but I think they never did that so far.

Yes, MSKOTOR had big plans when promoted to Ultra Mod.
A part of the 3 people that i brought as examples above, contacted her direct.
Because of that i don't expect much....
The only, really, active ultra mod is Gaffi and he fight on all fronts.
He solve 40-50% of all tickets that get solved from me

Support usually answers tickets that concern giveaways (like rerolls, modifying the GA) in a day or two. Good luck ever getting an answer on tickets in the 'Add Game to List' or 'Other' categories though.

I'm not really sure about the purpose of "Change game" tickets.
I won a wrong game once and we tried to change it but support only agreed to deletion.
Sadly I can't remember who the creator was. Wanted to whitelist - maybe I did, maybe not 😥

Are you talking about tickets or user reports? Cause I can't see user reports, only tickets (and all of those have been solved on your account)

So, I created a Giveaway for one of my Game Keys and I accidentally used a different game in listings. So I made a ticket to change game about 24hrs ago... I am still waiting for response from Moderators to change it. GA is ending next day and I don't know what I should do. Please help
