An ARP poisoning it's possible only in a LAN. So you should probably change the password of your wireless router, maybe there was someone sniffing your packets inside your LAN. Check every MAC address, and if you find a device you dont own, block it.

So days ago I wanted to see some card collections and backgrounds. I was searching on google I entered the first result, the sits name was steamcards something, I dont remember and my antivirus blocked the page. After that I often have notifications about duplicate IP adress. Today appeared notification about ARP poisoning attack. I have completelly scanned my PC but nothing found I don't know what to do...
