Battle vs Chess OR Check vs Mate ? (GA inside)

So I want to create a giveaway for this game :

Seems like on SG they kept the old name which is "Check vs Mate". I've already created a ticket for this purpose, and i'm still waiting without any answer yet...

Is it illegal or OK to create a giveaway for this game with the initial name ?

Seems there are some differences between these two versions. I also created a ticket two days ago but no answer yet (it's only two days, right). Problem could be for the winner, that some people might think he didn't activate the game.

Yeah, I've seen this post. It's been a week since I send my ticket about this problem and still no answers...

Guess I should hold on a little bit...

To be honest, usually I don't check if the winner activate my GA or no (I'm talking about little bundled games not AAA Games). It's support's task not mine. As long as he check "received" I'm fine with it.

I'm not talking about you, checking the winners profile. A lot of people check profiles of their winner or entries, etc. and if they see someone not activating a gift they report them and/or blacklist them.

Maybe try to join the steamgifts group chat on steam and try to reach out to a support user. Maybe they can speed up the process a little.
