it was so annoying! i ended up dropping the key in the forum, after 2 rerolls and 1 deleted GA :(

Can I be sure the region lock is the same in every store and it will activate in those countries? It seems logical, but I wish I could be sure :S

Every registered store dealing in Europe should do this, yes. To my knowledge, Deep Silver games are carried in a few stores because of this, since Europeans cannot activate the usual NA+ROW keys for these games, so they need a store which can detect where you are from and assign a key based on that.

I bought Metro Redux Bundle from HB. The keys are tagged as EUR but there isn't the list of countries they are locked to (or at least I couldn't find one). Would it be the same as for BS? Their page states that for me it is locked to: Andorra, Albania, Austria, Åland Islands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Faroe Islands, France, United Kingdom, Georgia, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Macedonia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Slovakia, San Marino, Turkey, Holy See (Vatican City State), Serbia, Montenegro.
