Does it count as leeching if he's never actually won anything before that? I always pictured that it didn't count as leeching until you actually won something. Even if you haven't made a giveaway, you haven't actually leeched anything if you've never won.

Sorry but after making another group public i wanted this group to be just people i know on steam. that giftshop+ group isnt a scam or anything, its private and we'll never recruit new ppl, unless i meet new friends on steam.
