I pretty much agree with Mullins. I did a recruitment for my whitelist and it worked well (in my opinion). But the majority of the users are people like Mullins and others who proved themselves when I do giveaways and they do more than just activate. The first and last types are not permanent members and those users will be evicted when they win something in the whitelist. Good users who prove their worth will stay until they prove themselves otherwise. I wouldn't say that I think there's value in saying the first 30 to comments gets in, though.

I recruited people who posted pervy pictures. :P
Actually, I should remove them now, the giveaway is long done.

Whitelist requirement threads are odd to me as well. Especially because people might be recruiting hated SG members/regifters and such without knowing at all. :p
Although I guess it's nice because it's a good quite of good, compared to how things used to be. lol

Those are the worst. >.>
Some of them flat out say "Please whitelist me too." or not so subtle "Feel free to whitelist me as well."
It reminds me of when people ask for a like, favorite, and sub on youtube videos. lol

I'm still shocked to how successful that thread was as well, maybe it's because the community is more positive and such or something. 2 or 3 years ago and people probably woulda shit posted the thread to death.
The subtle asking for whitelist threads probably get many as well because the thread you posted was quite successful. Besides the suspension.

Quickly?
Go to the Group Recruitment sub-forum and check out a few recruitment threads (e.g. this) to find groups with requirements you agree with, then browse each thread for accepted submissions to identify members that fit the requirements.

Why do you want to make one fast? A good whitelist takes time to ripen. You need to get to know good people you would want to have on it. Spend time on the forum, engage yourself in the community. you'll find some people you would want on it pretty easily.
Except you have other criteria, but honestly you don't need a whitelist for that, you can just as well make an Sgtools protected giveaway if ratios are your thing.

For whatever reason, seeking to be added to someone's whitelist just seems wrong to me, so I don't do it. As for those on my whitelist, they are there because I purposely added them after deliberation.

Find Caucasian people and put them in a list - and that's how you make a WHITElist. xD
Nah, just kidding. Just go in their profile and click in the whitelist option.

Check for people that dont abuse the 5 x 20 cent games on steam that pop on the bargain bin every week. I value kindness and cool avatars too. Welcome to my whitelist.
