Foil card frequency

I'm just curious, how many of you all have unlocked a foil steam card so far, I wonder what the frequency is? I've unlocked ~30 cards and not a single foil has come out. I also have gotten 1 booster pack for HL2. And how many of you actually craft badges or do you just sell them up the second you get them?

1 on an alt (summer vote), 1 on main. Roughly 150-170 cards between them, including summer vote cards.

I've only got 1 foil so far, probably about 20-30 in total. The foil was Sword Sister for Mount and Blade Warband. Sold it for about 50 cents.

Around 80 cards, 0 foil, Psychonauts booster.
Crafted a few badges but sell most of them.
