Besides the obvious heavy-hitters, like Dishonored and Warhammer, the list has some pretty neat ones. Personally, I'm looking forward to "Tooth and Tail", looks quite fun.

Yandere School
I'd be careful of this one. It's a rushed knock-off of Yandere Simulator, and some of the developer's comments have been questionable.
It could just be a combination of language barrier and novice developer miscommunications, but it's nevertheless a game you should probably wait for solid reviews on before trying (or, at the least, make sure you've access to Steam's refund window if you try it before then).
Total War: WARHAMMER II
I've little faith on this one, as well.
The dev approach to the first game was "We're gonna release all these DLCs, wait and see. Eh.. you know what, I know we've still got unfulfilled promises- nevermind lingering bugs and imbalances- but we're bored of this now. We're gonna move on to the next game in the series already, look forward to it!"
Yet another one to hold off on- both to see how they manage DLC releases/future sequel release rate, and because, well, it's a Total War game. As with Paradox games, it's can often be highly favorable to wait on the DLCs to be fully released if you don't want a completely unfavorable purchase rate.

Nothing my obsessive queue-tracking hadn't already revealed- but it was nice to be reminded of them, anyway. Guild 3, especially, as that one had slipped my mind. Overall though- and picking among that list is a challenge- I'd say of the games you listed, Legrand Legacy is the one I'm anticipating the most. [Though that's only 'cause I still have to get a hold of the first two Dishonored games. :P]

All those DLC politics of some publisher and developer are annoying. I miss the good old times, a game comes out and you have the full game. Ofc we have some other examples like Witcher 3. But yeah mostly i dont buy game at the release date only if i am 100% sure what I get and if its not filled with too many DLCs.
