So I've just finished my first giveaway, sent a gift, got recieved mark from winner. But when I try to enter giveaway for contributors site says: Your contributions to date, $0.00. Is that ok and my ontributions rate will update later or I should create a ticke about it?

It takes some time to update, it's normal. Just wait a while.
