Global coold down in Counter strike 2.

So i was playing cs2 yesterday got a match with random 4 brain dead players. Suddenly after swap they started playing like pro's then the match was cancelled and i got 24hr global cool down. Now i cant trade my csgo inventory. I am playing since 2013 almost 10 yrs never cheated i got zero vac bans. Any idea how i can fix this thing?
