Are you using hotmail? if so - that might be a problem. idk why, but for me HB wasn't working with hotmail account. After I switched to google/gmail everything works like a clock.

2Q and 3Q I was logged on humble account not linked with steam, I clicked the link and they asked me to insert my name and e-mail two times. I inserted the e-mail witch is not the e-mail a was logged. I don't know if that may be the problem, I didn't even noticed that I was logged when they requested me to insert the e-mail but however I dont think thats matter.

well if you have a humble bumble account you should have no problems getting it resolved and if it has not been redeemed i have never had issues with them so far but things do happen
as long as when you click on the link and it does not notify you it has already been redeemed you should be alright and sometimes email take awhile one time it took 24 hours to get a confirmation email to join a forum lol

So I won the the giveaway and creator sent me a humble bundle link I clicked and I inserted my name a e-mail 2 times, and was apeared the message that I will receive the e-mail within few minutes, but after half hour I didnt received it so I have requested the e-mail to be resent and apeared this message:

But still nothing after 2 hours, and I requested the e-mail to be resent several times but still nothing. I'm not sure why they asked the e-mail from where is purchased the bundle? I also sent the e-mail to support.
