Humble Bundle problem

So I won the the giveaway and creator sent me a humble bundle link I clicked and I inserted my name a e-mail 2 times, and was apeared the message that I will receive the e-mail within few minutes, but after half hour I didnt received it so I have requested the e-mail to be resent and apeared this message:

But still nothing after 2 hours, and I requested the e-mail to be resent several times but still nothing. I'm not sure why they asked the e-mail from where is purchased the bundle? I also sent the e-mail to support.

Has anyone had the same problem?

Always the same e-mail. But I was logged in on humble bundle wih one different, I don't know it does metter but I don't think so.

Are you using hotmail? if so - that might be a problem. idk why, but for me HB wasn't working with hotmail account. After I switched to google/gmail everything works like a clock.

Nope, I'm using local e-mail provider from my country but when I buy bundle the e-mail arrive in a second.

mainstream e-mail provider? I don't think that now I can use some other e-mail at all because the game is already claimed.

I'm going to ask the obvious... Did you actually check your spam folder?

EDIT: Also

  • Did you win a Bundle GAME or an actual entire BUNDLE?
  • Do you have a Humble account, with Steam account associated with it?
  • Are you logged into your Humble account BEFORE you click the link?
  • What did you win specifically? (Determining if it's a new bundle or old bundle, which is handled differently)

It was my giveaway. It was a gift link for Hitman Absolution f4om the current bundle. This was the first gift link generated from that bundle however others have been claimed and even played.

2Q and 3Q I was logged on humble account not linked with steam, I clicked the link and they asked me to insert my name and e-mail two times. I inserted the e-mail witch is not the e-mail a was logged. I don't know if that may be the problem, I didn't even noticed that I was logged when they requested me to insert the e-mail but however I dont think thats matter.

Be patient, and contact Humblebundle. This is sadly a quite common problem with the new bundles, they'll help as soon as they can. (Can take even days, they don't have too many employees)

well if you have a humble bumble account you should have no problems getting it resolved and if it has not been redeemed i have never had issues with them so far but things do happen

as long as when you click on the link and it does not notify you it has already been redeemed you should be alright and sometimes email take awhile one time it took 24 hours to get a confirmation email to join a forum lol
