Do you also have problems with Steamgifts on your phone?
You could try the unofficial app, I have it on my phone, but I only use it to join GAs or see if someone comments on my posts.

Pretty sure this is the app Commissar is talking about

....
/me attempts with minimal sarcasm
well wouldn't it be a good idea to post in the official app's thread (that I linked) and let the dev know about the issue and see about getting it resolved?
The dev is active, was online less than an hour ago, so there isn't any reason not to.

I use my phone for most internet including SG and SG only rarely gives me issues. Typically when I see a stutter or sluggishness on SG I take it as a sign to reboot my phone and the problem is fixed (SG isn't the most intense website resource wise). I use Kiwi (a chromium browser that allows extensions) but you could check if a recent chrome update changed any of your settings under the hood, including flags. There could be some ads that are temporarily impeding your experience, that something I had a few issues with in the early days of my phone before I switched chrome.
Can't think of anything else at the moment, hope your able to fix your problem, wish you luck with Firefox, it's my main go on desktop but sadly I find the mobile version severely lacking despite the extensions.

Sadly rebooting my phone never fixed the issue. I will try my luck with Firefox first (is my favourite on Desktop, can't remember ever using it on the phone though), let's see if Steamgifts works flawless on this browser! Can always change to another browser if I'm not happy with Firefox.
(not sure about the other things you mentioned, could all be possible (but I'm too noobish for such things to be honest). Though I removed Chrome now, so can't check settings etc. (not gonna reinstall it for now, will try my luck with Firefox))

If it still gives you grief in Firefox you might want to experiment with one of the adblockers; I just visited SG on mobile chrome and noticed some chunky ads that added about 4-5 secs to page loads. If the adblocker "solves" it then it's possibly some badly behaving/pushy ad. Possibly an ad which is a bit too complex for your S8 (though to be honest the S8 is still a capable enough phone, for a site like SG at least, one of my colleagues still rocks an S8+ with a custom rom and it's still fine).

Maybe Firefox could be better. Also did you notice if it's a matter of what connection you're using?

Having same issue, Samsung 22 Ultra. Reopening chrome helps.

It's not a problem with the screen size per se, the site isn't designed with phones in mind. Usually sites have different designs for desktop and phones, or an adaptive design which can adapt to different screen sizes. I tried to use SG from my phone and just gave up.

Same here. It started some days ago. As you, I also use Chrome. Since the usual ad spots aren't loading anything right now, it's probably a malicious ad, trying to mine coins or something. It's probably bad for those using PC too, but they probably have better RAM or GPU so they won't notice.

It can be. Yet, this is the only website I use that got affected. I even play browser MMOs on this phone and they're mostly fine so far. But yeah, Chrome is the browser that uses the most RAM after all, so this being caused by a new Chrome update is plausible.

You could try another browser to check is the problem with chrome or with phone.

Maybe chrome will be fine after another update, but its unsure.

It is possible the issues are from an update 4 days ago (Chrome Android was updated 4 days ago, and errors began at this time I think), but yeah maybe it will get fixed with future updates. But I think I will stick with Firefox for now, everything works fine now. :)

I bought my S8 refurbished, it's not the newest shit (2017 release) but I'm still happy. Don't need the newest shit.
EDIT: Oh that sucks a bit. On my S8 most things still works so I'm happy overall.
EDIT 2: Would probably still use my S3 neo but the battery bloated and destroyed it. :D

I have Samsung S8 and using Chrome browser. I already cleared cookies etc...
but site freezes, stutters, gives me sometimes errors (I have to reload).
Other sites work with no problems!
Anyone have also these problems?
Or had?
ENDED!!!
