Don't Starve Together

Yay

It looks fun, but I'm more excited for The Forest to have multiplayer.

I am in the beta, depends on how they going to do it. ATM it has the content from the Vanilla game with new additions that were not in the vanilla game at the time.They hope to be able to have the expansion dlc (Reign of Giants) in Don't Starve Together but are not making any promises. Even if they decide not to, modders will. There are already a few mods for the DST beta that unlock all the playable characters into it as well as allow custom characters to be put in.People also managed to change the amount of people in a server up to 10 so far.

Based on the pace and the tons of tweaking,bug finding,and feedback that needs to be gone through id say either early next year or in spring. It all depends on what kind of modes outside of pvp and pve and other gameplay mechanics. If we lucky DST will be out just in time for x-mas. Personally I say it won't be out til mid-late winter or early spring 2015. All depends on how long it takes to get the mode just right.

I have been waiting for the addition for quite awhile. Have not been granted beta access, but definitely counting down the days. I can't wait to see what modders do.

Seeing as they said a "Summer 2014" release, we should be getting close to an actual release.
