Notes:

T1+T2+T3 content is identical to Sid Meier's Ultimate Collection, excluding Sid Meier's Colonization (Classic) and Sid Meier's Covert Action (Classic) but with the price reduced from $15 to $12.
Sid Meier's Civilization VI Scenario Packs DLCs from T3 were delivered as a single key in the Holiday Encore variant of the previous bundle {sub/361474} in the previous bundle, but now they are delivered as separate keys (confirmed)
The Julius Caesar free DLC pack (not sold on the store, claimable only in-game) is only available until November 24, 2024. It's an exclusive timed offer, so gamers who want to get it must do it now. (source)
To claim it, link your Steam account on https://portal.2k.com/2k/portal/connections then boot up the game until November 24, 2024. In the Additional Content -> Mods menu, you will be able to see "Julius Caesar Leader Pack."
You do not receive the Julius Caesar DLC Steam app id.

Is $12 instead of $15 for a downscaled "Ultimate Collection" worth it to you, or do you go for a higher/lower pick?

[Tier 2] I'm allergic to DLC and immune to how bad Beyond Earth is.

[Tier 3] I do want DLCs... but do I want all DLCs?

[Tier 4] Follow the Leader, they said. Well, now I am the Leader! Who dares to make a Pass at me?

[Have] I assume that even all Pirates! out there have this somewhere.

[Expensive] Three months before they release their next multi-year DLC collection simulator, they still want to make a quick buck here? Clearly the devil's greatest trick is making people pay almost $20 for an 8 years old game.

[Skip] I'd rather have some Brand Nubian games, not these old and crusty "classics"!
