I hate that they do a DLC for everything, why not just update the game for free for everyone o_o!?

I already bought the game at full price, why I need to buy more DLCs to play a not full game :P?

Gotham City Impostors DLCs are even worse, but them are just cosmetics, so I don't really care

facepalm There's a massive difference between DLCs that add to the game and DLCs that add in content that was cut. To my knowledge, all of Dungeon Defender's DLC is the former. Consider it an expansion pack. People didn't bitch so fucking hard about those.

10 expansion packs, ok

They're mostly a map each. I don't agree with their decisions on most, but whatever. If you own the game you get them for free when they're first released.. at least the seasonal packs.

One or two expansions each month? Some months all the way up to 5?... Yeah totally reasonable. 12DLC since it was released end of Oct? Don't get me wrong but if you do not buy the dlc you cannot compete. Buying all the new dlc is alot of money. Twice that of the game, and that dlc has arrived in less than half a year...

They're just simple maps. If you've got a talented team, that's not a hard schedule to manage, especially if you'd already planned them in advance of the game (which is a different thing to willfully cutting content out of the game to give as DLC). You don't have to buy the DLC and it adds nothing that you HAVE to have. You can fully complete the game without ever touching it. That's what DLC is meant to be. Additional content to extend the life of the game. It is not to fix the game or to give it a proper ending. Dungeon Defenders has a lot of DLC, yes, but none of it that I'm aware of is to solve an unfinished game.

They have made EVERYTHING paid dlc. The only thing that is free is if you had bought the game on day one and actually clicked to get the maps for free before they charged you $3.

TrendyEnt is only in it for the $$.

Be glad they add DLC long after the game came out, instead of being removed content you pay to get back.

focus on DLC while letting bugs and game balance go unchecked. Good motto.

It could be worse. You could be one that has the console version which hasn't gotten a single patch or any of the free DLC or any access to DLC besides the PoS (in my opinion) Eternia Shards DLC.

Portal gun is a gimmick and never used, TF2 familiars are so weak you'll use them until you get your first actual pet

The only one that's really free DLC, and that you should claim right now, is the first one. Mostly because it'll cost money in the near future.

The CTF thing is just an opt-in for an upcoming game mode that's not finished yet, and the Development Kit is of no interest to you unless you actually want to mod DD. It'll likely be free forever, anyway.
