Sounds like movie mode, I had it on my crappy laptop for a while. Just search movie mode (assuming windows) and then stop the moviemode.exe process and then delete the moviemode folder (and any moviemode.exe files) and then clear them from the recycling bin. That should work for movie mode

Malware Bytes is a good shout for removing most crap you never asked for off your machine. Failing that, message me a HijackThis and I'll take a look for you.

So i noticed there were some uncommon ads on every site i access and looked for something different on the task manager and found this Salus thing. I searched and this is some kind of ad virus (yay!). The solutions i found were simple like uninstall through the control panel but i can't find it there. My antivirus couldn't find it either. When i finish the task everything goes back to normal but when i restart the computer it comes back. How do i end this relationship?
