Users may often create GA's for a higher level due to a less prevalent number of rule-breakers, or to reward those that have contributed to the site as a whole. There is no direct benefit. I'd advise you to also read the guidelines and FAQ yourself, particularly what is expected once you win a game. The FAQ is here and the guidelines are here

There are no real benefits. It's a way of acknowledging the ones in this community who has given away a lot of games themselves. These people tend to be a bit more active in general and participate in groups. If you make giveaways for higher levels your name might get noticed more quickly by someone who is recruiting for a group. But that's it really.

I am level 1 and I can't enter many giveaways for higher levels. My question is if there are benefits if you make the giveaway for higher levels, I mean if you just want to give away the game..... why don't you make it for all levels? I hope you understood me. Thanks
