i just bought myself batman since its on sale and ive always wanted to play it, but i needed a windows live games account so the game can save, so i just used my old windows live mail account, and registered, the weird thing was, that i when i wanted to put in my password, he automatically did it (not sure if it was the right one that he put in) and i couldnt change it anymore... but now, even after registering, he still says that i cant save my game, cause i havent made an windows live games account?! and also is there a way to let the game save without an account for windows live games? cheers

I don't think Windows live email and Games for Windows Live are the same thing.

Nah, they are. When you make an e-mail account on Windows it makes you a Live account, same thing as for GFWL.

Mine originally didn't work because my account was from the pre-live era. Try signing into xbl (I know it sounds redundant, but it might do the trick)

Might need to create a new account.
Load it up, create account, you're good to go.

have you activaded the game key on GFWL? Not sure if you need to but try it

Oh btw that's one of the reasons nobody likes GFWL

Read the entire page next time. Yes it says Online play, but being a single player only game, it is obvious this requires GFWL.

I'm also having issues with GFWL. I can't touch or chagne anything because I haven't accepted the new terms of service. I need a parental account (which i'm pretty sure got deleted do to age) to verify my account even though I'm 19. Microsoft support in essence told me my account is useless now.
