Should regifting be allowed?

I'm too lazy to search for the thread right now since it's quite late over here and I'm about to call it a day but somebody from support (I think it was TempeteJoachim ) asked a few days ago not to file user reports about people giving away free games because they clog up the support system. Instead when there's a new promotion and a game / DLC is given away for free just file a support ticket under the Other category and notify support about the promotion so they can take the game off the "Create Giveaway" list. Support can find all the GAs in the suspicious timespan over the Archive anyway and will delete the GAs. There are no punishments dished out anyway, the GAs just get deleted which is much too lenient in my opinion but apparently too many "people" are doing it to take real measures.

As AttackSlugD pointed out all those copies of Voxelised come from a GA here on SG so feel free to report them for regifting.
What I said was about giving away promotional freebies from IndieGala, Gleam or other websites, not games won in a GA.

It's kind of depressing to see sooo many people who can't even appreciate something that is given to them for free. In fact I'm thinking I might start blacklisting people who can't even take two second of their precious time to say thanks to me after I gave them a game... The worst is they're a lot. Oh, well I won't change anybody, but at least I can stop them from entering my GAs.

People who regift this game don't have, literally, a couple of cents (one, two cards worth) to buy this game and create a giveaway (not sure right now but it was heavily discounted recently).

The game was 0.14$ a few days (weeks, months, i don't know) ago. I have a gift in my inventory and i think a giveaway it's the best choice for it.
Maybe all these Voxelized are there for the same reason...

Nah. I checked a few of them. They recently won the game, marked as received, it isnt on their profile on Steam, and theyre giving a copy of it away. Most of them are just regifting.
