I can finally spend my 80$ in GTA V that I saved for watch dogs but didn't spend it on.
FCIV and AC:Unity is awesome as usual but will wait for release before buying. Other than that, I missed everything lel, I only watched what I wanted to see

Well, that and RPGs, Action/adventure games, and racing games. Oh, wait a minute, that pretty much sums up the gaming industry.

I really liked how they presented Battlefront, but you cant really call that a trailer. It barely showed any of the game and what they did show looked great IMO. Wayyy too early to get too hyped or down about it I reckon. I think its going ot be damn good.

The EA conference was unbearable.. Each of the 3 games I was heavily interested in were shown off in these "documentary videos".. I understand that Mass Effect is certainly way too early to show off and even for Battlefront I'd have taken a trailer since last year's teaser but Mirror's Edge definetly needed something.. They showed us in-game footage last E3 why such a step back this time?

yeah, considering the best thing i saw was the small reference to vib ribbon in the sony conference, this year sucked. Hopefully nintendo has some nice stuff, and it'll be nice to see something other than a shooter. Also that new Platinumgames thing looks kinda cool, but I'm not a huge fan of the character design. Still holding out hope for tomorrow, but at this point it's just sad.

Can't rate it yet since it's not over, and was there anything from Blizzard today?

It is literally "Day 0." At least wait til day 1 to complain about being disappointed.

It was mostly a bunch of trailers, and despite the common reaction to trailers, they say pretty much nothing. Once the press people start playing the actual games that are out for demo on the E3 floor, you may go ahead and be disappointed. But before then, I FORBID IT!
Get your disappointment engines revved up, though, since it's finally E3 Day One. You are no longer forbidden. That Nintendo press conference, though.. Damn. I think I might need to get a Wii U next year. No disappointment for me with ol' Reggie and Iwata.

Yeah I am a bit confused, seems that 10 is meant to be the most disappointing.
Personally going with that scale in how disappointed I am with E3, I am edging close to a 9, maybe 10. Everything looks so boring.

I'm quite surprised to see people liked Sony's showcase this year.
They were the only one with microphone issues, they ignored PS Vita, the conference holder was cut off before finishing his sentences by the material on the big screen (not to mention the bad punch lines) and the presentation order had no sense.
I mean, they show two new zombie/monster games and then, in the fan mail/letter moment they show a mail that says there are not enough zombie games. And a third one is showcased. This might be only my problem, though.
One other problem I had with the fan mail moment is that, it was so strangely made and shown, I really question the fact that those were real fan messages. The Tim Schafer moment was funny and I am really excited for Grim Fandango, but that means one less mail from a real fan being shown.
Little Big Planet 3 made my heart skip a beat from all the happiness, but the players were really bad.
I feel like they had mistakes that were supposed to be staged, so that they would reveal the bird character's ability to carry other players, but there were so many mistakes in their gameplay, it looked really unprofessional.
As for the others, I believe Microsoft had the most professional conference so far. They even mentioned their competitors in the starting statement and their shared passion for games. That's the spirit I was waiting for.
EA - I couldn't watch it, sorry.
Ubisoft - I'm a Ubisoft fanboy but Aisha is not really my type of showcaster. Her reactions were exaggerated. But props to the only non-censored speech. It's not exactly a good thing, but Microsoft had a game trailer censor the F-word and I was quite surprised to hear the word later on Ubisoft's conference.
I'm more PS oriented as a gamer and Sony had good games shown, but it was delivered so badly, I simply cannot walk away from it.
This is simply my honest opinion in reaction to seeing people being satisfied by Sony's E3 so far. I respect your opinion, but I do not see reason to believe it.
I would really like an honest opinion from you guys too.

I completely agree with you.
I might add that EA was amazingly underwhelming, I was expecting something more about Mass Effect 4 and/or Dead Space or Crysis... instead, just sports sports sports sports sports and hey, look, golf.

I did get a chance to watch EA's conference on Youtube now.
Well, there exists a significant player base that play sports games. And I have no knowledge about american football, but the showcase made me interested in Madden. It looked well done.
About the golf one, EA released Super Baseball 2020 on Genesis in 1993. A baseball game with a futuristic robot-themed flavour I enjoyed. I liked arcade sports games in my childhood. And I see this type of games went missing. No recent game that adds power-ups or RPG-like elements in soccer or whatever. A twist is welcome by my side.
But that's true, there was little love for the other genres. The documentary thing with Mass Effect 4 and Mirror's Edge just didn't appeal. Ubisoft had documentaries about AC:Unity, but all of those were not presented during their conference. It makes sense. A documentary is something you look forward to watch after you got so interested in something, that you want to know more about. If the interest is not there beforehand, it's not going to appear with nothing tangible.

Chill bro, don't want you to have a heart attack with all the excitement.

For me id say 8
The lack of new IPs is very disappointing. The amount of games shown that we already knew about or were shown last year was ridiculous.
