How best to do giveaways of VR games?

I'm thinking of doing a giveaway of a VR-only game, but am wondering how that would work, since I'd prefer it wind up with someone who can play it. Would it be best to just let anyone enter, or try and limit it to VR headsets, like by saying a user must have certain VR headset pack-in games in library?

Thanks in advance to anyone who has insight into this.

You can do a thread asking user with that certain VR pack in their library to comment and invite them to an invite only GA. I think that should be the best way.

Maybe make a VR-only Group and invite those people into the group for a Group GA.

make a thread and add people interested to your whitelist.
users may still lie about it, but it's pretty stupid/greedy to do it for a +1 library...
