Can't install Trine 2 Complete Story

Anyone else having this issue? I got the steam code through email and put it in but it won't let me install, just a blank page saying "You are about to install ." and an error saying "This game cannot be installed". I'm hoping it isn't something difficult to fix since the giver did give me a working code. I've tried it several more times after that, even after reinstalling Trine just to experiment and it still hasn't worked.

This is too Funny.
After years of using Steam, "Restart Steam" is the first thing I thought of when trying to get a new game installed when the key was accepted but the field left blank.
