Game characters that resemble your life? + not-so-ninja giveaway

Of course almost nobody in real life would completely understand what Kratos in GOW feels or how Mr. "I didn't ask for this" (Adam Jensen) reacts to his augmentations. But which game character would you say that you can understand what he went through during the game?

Mine should be Captain Walker in Spec Ops: The Line in term of emotions or the basis of his "turning". I recently did some bad thing (it's not illegal so white knights don't try to track me down) and I kinda made up excuses for my behaviors. Most of them are blames on my friends, how things could have been different if he had done that, she had done this...basically they made me do it

So, what's your story? Are you Lara Croft or Niko Bellic or Sonic if you are into furry?
