Edit: Reason: It's epic and I want to be able to play with my brothers in Co-Op. They have it on steam. I've probably logged in over a hundred hours on the XBox version, but it's not as fun playing alone.

Civ 4 is definitely worth it. You could probably find it for trade at around 1 TF2 key(~2$)since everyone who bough BNW before the summer sale got a free copy.
