First off it's against the rules to win games you already have and it's also against the rules to give away games you win.

Plus if your sg account is synced you won't be able to enter for games you already own. There are a few that still let you enter but those most of the time are GOTY version and the like.

Probably even more important to read the rules and policies of the site as people join.

Fallout New Vegas for example is still flawed. The Steam page is for the US version, while I've got the Eastern-EU pack. It's great, it works, but still steam acts like I don't own the game. Therefore I could join the hell out of any FO: NV giveaway.
Probably there are still similar problems with other games :\

It can be wrong but as much as I know..! If you have a secret acc on steam the system can't sync and askes politely to do it yourself. I know a couple of guys who have this thing and no one knows how many games they've won! (Mostly they don't even make giveaways, only enter to win!)
