Yeah, Nuuvem deals are almost same as regular russian store prices.

Assuming these are ROW or at least NA keys, I'd rather get it from there than a crappy Russian key.

it's a legit brazilian store, as far as i know, you can even download games with their own software. Keys have normally no region-lock, their support said.

Bought from them a few times already and never had a single problem with the key provided. No proxy needed for the activation (Belgian here).

They're just selling keys that seem to work everywhere, much like NA keys would. Russian keys from what I understand are region restricted however and Valve bans if you VPN.
