3 months ago I tried selling a CSGO item on G2A, everything was going fine until I realized that the bot had taken my item but not listed it on G2A. That meant I would never be able to get my money for the item. I was mad but I was mainly okay because I thought that G2A would just be able to retrieve my item. Apparently that was not true. I emailed them and for the first month they would respond at 1 week intervals because of their "customer support being loaded". I was frustrated but I thought that it would be able to get fixed eventually. Finally they got back to me and asked for a screenshot and a bunch of information... So I gave it to them. No response

Fast forward a month, they stop responding to my tickets and start closing the tickets for no apparent reason... So I just basically give up.

Today, I get a response to one of my tickets asking for a screenshot, and a bunch of information... AGAIN. (this is the fourth time that I got asked to give them information, and I have EVERY SINGLE TIME). I gave the information to them again, and no response since.

Overall, never use G2A. I was a big fan of them since, but I am just scared that if I ever paid money for a game but had a problem I would never be able to get it fixed.

Both me and my brother got scammed there, and we had to wait about a month for the Paypal case to be solved.
Support stopped answering, and after i got my money back they told me something like "Oh, well, looks like you got back your money anyway so i will close this ticket".
Oh yea, and after the ticket was closed, the negative feedback was removed :)

I got like a dollar a month siphoned from me from the protection service that I explicitly told them I didn't want. When I asked for my money back they literally banned me from the site.

if some nice people here (insert random sarcasm) wouldnt sell odd world new n tasty for two keys (Seriously WTF) which is available for 1.5$ on g2a (i bought it today) then these websites will never grow in size, oh and i bought galak-z for 40cents so anyone who is asking 1 key for it? my middle finger for them. I blame the greedy guyz on sg that websites like these are getting more n more business.

besides the fact that I partialy still like g2a, I have to agree with you. to international standards costumer support, g2a, steam and some related steam sellers don't give a shit for their costumers. I don't have much to complain because I have everything solved there when I had problem once.
the funny part here is read that most people don't have a clue how g2a works... they all have something in common saying "scam", "unalthorized", "black market", bla bla bla. kinda feel sorry for them. :T
try live support, they usually are waaaay better than those who answer tickets.

but they were taking off money because you subscribed. that's basically how any subscription works... humble monthly bundle do the same. I never use my credit card directly on international buys because I can't retrieve money directly from them if something goes wrong. I always use third party payment methods which I'm certain that they refund if anything happens (not sure if this is their policy or they do it because brazilian laws).

The money you save by using G2A > the money you lose by using G2A

Well I've bought around 5 games there, no complains so far. Though I selled a key once there, and I wasn't getting my money back so I opened up a ticket, same as you they took a ton of time to answer so I talked to them in the livechat and they solved it.
So from my experience, just ignore the ticket support and try to talk to them in the livechat.

I think people often trade and sell CS:GO stuff on certain subreddits. You could check those out sometime.

Otherwise, when it comes to buying, there's much more legitimate websites: Indiegala, Bundlestars, Humble Bundle, etc.
I've never used G2A and I plan to keep it that way.

It's G2A. If you buy /sell anything there, besides the fact that you are supporting credit Card fraud, sooner or later you are going to have trouble.
