So what to do guys?

So hello

I have created "Space Rangers (4 copies)" giveaway which ended 4 days ago.

So one of the winners I've tried adding to Steam like 5 times and he keeps on declining me, so I've decided to send the key to his email which he replied with:

Hello. Thank you very much for the game. But i dont see this victory
on the site. Look on screenshot.
How do I put a mark on the receipt?

So I sent him this message:

Well when I enter steamgifts.com there's buttons at the top saying "Home", "Giveaways", "Account", "Forum", "Support", "Servers", "Network" and "Logout".

If you can see it click on "Giveaways" and it will say "View won" and there you can mark it as received.

I keep on checking whether he marked it and he still hasn't marked it as received and giveaway ended 4 days ago and he activated the key.

Wat do?

If you must use a link shortener for something, use tinyurl. People can preview those links, unlike bit.ly (to my knowledge, anyway. If you can preview bit.ly, please tell me). Better though, would be to just use tinypic or imgur.

Add him one last time to see if he'll mark as received then.

Contact support if he declines your invite and ask them to manually mark it as received.

People like this are assholes and should not be allowed on this site. I wonder if you can ask for him to be banned as well.

Wait 3 more days. If nothing happened, contact him again. If he still refuses to mark, ask support to mark it for you.

do u mean ur Reign: Conflict of Nations (4 Copies)? ur space rangers has everyone received or did u send cd key to a winner of another give away ? or sent him the wrong key?

That page he took a screenshot of shows only wins you already marked as received/not received.

F.e. if he took a pic of the main page, the green bar would be there.

So instead of opening steamgifts.com/profilename/won he should go to http://www.steamgifts.com/manage/won

Seems like douchbaggery on his side. :/

Well he's russian, what to expect from them?

I'll message him about what you've just said and see what he says, if he still doesn't do anything then I'll contact support.
