Problem solved forever.

Oh, well, I'm sure you must have cancelled all your bank accounts and credit/debit cards when the banks caused the recessions, then. No? Then stop bitching about Paypal for relatively minor shit that actually has some business sense.

Yes, and I can totally see how those laws and regulations stopped economies around the world going to shit and also stopped them locking accounts for no reason, taking people's home away, the list of things those laws have clearly stopped goes on! Real good laws those. Why don't you take your own advice and read the comments? Or do you have some kind of incessant gotta-be-useless-and-unhelpful-when-someone-needs-help-and-give-stupid-advice complex? It's okay, it's a common condition.

Presuming this is Google Wallet, yeah, they're definitely really good folks that don't do the same as Paypal.

I've personally never had an issue with Paypal.

However, I do know they have security checks in place to verify odd purchases, which can cause those delay warnings. You have most likely hit into this, it's meant as safety for your Account (most people however just find it annoying, because it doesn't actually tell you why on purpose). There is a number of reasons. This can easily occur if you have a buying pattern which you then changed suddenly purchasing random small items, etc. Or if your IP Address has changed. Or a redirect/phishing/trojan is detected. Or you or the person your purchasing from has been reported by someone else as a scammer. Or your simply not verified and marked with caution.

The best way around this is verify your home address and details with them. Convert your Paypal into a business account if you own a website/business to manage it under. Check your the only IP Address using it as well, don't use it all over the place at work/home/friends/etc. Once verified you should have much more flexablity to multiple purchasing.
