Steam Economy Enhancer is a script (That asks for access to the Steam inventory page), while Steam Inventory Helper is (was?) a shady extension that changed ownership (that want the power to read and change all your data on every website)
But that's not me saying, that's some dude on Reddit, who analyzed the code 3 years ago, when the change of ownership happened
There's a way to use some safe version of SIH, but you have to do some stuff, and I don't know if it's still avaliable

I require help in liquidating my steam card inventory.

Lacking trading chops I'm very much confounded by this esoteric lingo of gems, sets and foils and what have you. There's a great deal of uncertainty and I don't want to make any ruinous financial decision.
