The group is for users with a much lower win number than gift number, to the ratio of 1 win for every 3 gifts. Yours are about even, so I assumed you had been joking, rather than not reading the requirements.

The boosting is mostly to stop those who might have X & Y, but not the third requirement, and suddenly do some mass giveaway so solve it.

Hello, its an interesting idea, I have been building my own whitelist (including people similar to what you describe - but mostly with people who do giveaways that are not limited to very small private groups). While you state there are no giveaway requirements, I wanted to ask regarding how this group operates ? Is it group only restricted giveaways ? For instance, If in, could I do a WL + group giveaway? Or would they have to be separate ? (my own WL is still being built [124 ppl so far]).

You can do shared group or whitelist included giveaways if you wish. Or even no giveaways. I made it because I was getting depressed when I'd give a game to someone with 100 - 200 more wins than gifts.

I have had several groups before, but all are private invite only. But this group is for anyone who meets the group requirements.
Charitable Losers (blame members of the Backlog Attack chat for the name)
Quick mass boosts to raise CV (high discounts) or giveaways (mass bundles) to meet group requirements will require a wait period of 8 weeks after the boost before they can receive an invite.
This giveaway group doesn't have required giveaways, though given the kinds of people to be invited, that probably won't be a problem.
Now introducing the slot of Guest Gifter. These people will get a temporary invite, purely for making a giveaway or two then escaping before they make too many and get a permanent spot in the group and a hole in their wallet.
I obviously won't trust just anyone asking to do this. If you want to though, get in contact with me.
