Without being able to judge the particular case, this is usually how rules work and usually you get punished because you did harm someone else. (generally speaking since I don't know the actual case)

i hope its a better reason then mine, i asked if we can trade in chat and instantly got banned, even now xD
i never bothered requesting in unban because they didnt seem mature enough to be mods...
edit: and yes i do have a mod experience, and i never banned someone instantly unless they have been warned itleast once, they litterly banned me on spot lol

I feel the pain. Maturity is defintely someting absent in SG chat staff but then again it's not really SG chat -- it's more like "chronicdiscord's chat according to his rules that change whenever he wants". xD
