I was looking at https://www.sgtools.info/sent/roughnecks and it says:

Real CV for Sent Gifts on account roughnecks: 102.75 $
Level 4 ( 1.83% to Level 5 )

But my Steamgift level is 3.39 and I'm confused.
I'd like to calculate how much it'll take to go to level 4.
