We sure had a lot of instant classics this decade, huh. I'm gonna go on a whim and say this was the best decade for games ever. It's just the sweet spot in the technology timeline to allow for accessible and yet massively improved games. Both for players and developers.

Yeah, it's crazy to go back and look at the release dates for some of these games too. Mass Effect 2 was only released in 2010! It feels older than that for some reason. I'm getting old :(

I bought witcher 3 GOTY for €10. 190 hours of exciting gameplay. Even when all similar games fall prey to microtransactions and DLC fests Witcher 3 did 2 expansions one which could've been it's own separate game and decided to bundle it in the GOTY edtion... and boobs.
