Only games that interest me from this bundle are Xcom enemy unknown and within. Either have the rest or they just don't interest me. Either way, spec ops was given out for free along with Mafia 2 and Civ 5 and it was bundled. Best games from this bundle would be Xcom enemy unknown/within, Bioshock triple pack and Borderlands 2 GOTY.

If you don't have any of them then yea the bundle is worth it. If you can get a couple of other friends to get Borderlands 2 GOTY then that game will give you hundreds of hours of gameplay.
