Giveaway must start after the current time

I trying to start a giveaway with the following data

Start: Jun 12, 2013 09:55 pm

End: Jun 12, 2013 11:55 pm

But getting error: "Giveaway must start after the current time"

What am i doing wrong?

PS: Sorry for my English.

I seem to remember this being a problem due to time-zones and stuff. Try adding a few hours to the start time until it's happy.

By the looks of it, it is currently 10:07 in your time zone. Click the "now" button.
